Blac Chyna's Car Involved in Hit-and-Run Accident [DETAILS]

MStars News has learned that Blac Chyna's car was involved in a horrible hit-and-run car accident over the weekend. According to TMZ, the model's white BMW is a complete mess after it crashed into a pole and a fire hydrant.

The infamous gossip site claims that Chyna could find herself in a major legal battle after her car was speeding down Reseda Blvd. near Ventura Blvd. The BMW went flying past a stop sign and ran right into a car that was making a left turn. When Chyna's car crashed into the other car it sent that car across some lanes and injured three people inside of that car.

The three victims claimed that they saw two African-American females get out of the car and jump into another car that had been behind them, leaving Chyna's car in the middle of the ugly scene. Whoever was driving Chyna's car is currently a fugitive and wanted after they ran from the crash.

The accident is currently an open hit-and-run investigation. A source revealed that Chyna wasn't driving the car when the accident happened. They said that Tyga's ex-fiancee was at home Saturday night. Apparently Chyna loans the car to her friends, and that's probably what the case was when the BMW crashed.

Chyna isn't out of the woods though. Under the law in the state of California, if a owner of a car gives someone else permission to drive the car and it gets into an accident, both parties are legally responsible.

Chyna's legal team confirmed that Chyna was not in the car when it crashed, they claim that she wasn't even at the crash site.
