For all those "Fifty Shades of Grey" fans pinning for the "Sexiest Woman Alive" to snag the highly-coveted role of Anastasia Steele - sorry, it's just not going to happen. Mila Kunis has remained an Ana Steele fan-favorite ever since erotic novelist E.L. James announced that she planned on transforming her kinky book trilogy into a blockbuster film series. And the sexy "Black Swan" starlet never exactly said that she wasn't interested in the role... until now. During a recent press conference in promotion of her upcoming fantasy adventure film "Oz: The Great and Powerful," 29-year-old Kunis officially announced, "No, you will not see in Fifty Shades Of Grey." But she did have another rather amusing idea... co-star Zach Braff starring as the handsome and seductive Christian Grey (you know - that guy from "Scrubs")! So how about it, EL James and "Fifty Shades" fans - if we can't have Kunis, what about her funny friend and colleague Braff? Probably not...

Check out the "Fifty Shades" buzz that Kunis previously sparked before declaring her disinterest in the film. As Mstarz originally reported:

A head-turning report in U.K.'s The Sun recently quoted Kunis as saying she's totally cool with getting down-and-dirty up on the big screen, especially if it means starring in "Fifty Shades of Grey." The Ukrainian beauty allegedly stated, "There are times when you just want to do something fun and different, because you're going to have a good time doing it."

Just one thing... apparently Kunis never said that. In fact, she never even had an interview with The Sun. A rep recently stepped forward insisting that such "Fifty Shades of Grey" talk holds no true merit. Even so, Kunis' crew didn't mention anything about the former "That 70s Show" starlet NOT actually wanting the role...

So the real question remains... is Kunis actually TOO dominantly sexy to pursue casting of the young, shy, and pretty (but not too pretty) Anastasia Steele? Kunis has thorough experience starring in several critically acclaimed (and very sexual) films including 2002's "American Psycho 2," 2007's "After Sex," 2010's "Black Swan," and 2011's "Friends with Benefits." So is she worthy of Anastasia Steele?

While "Fifty Shades" fans ponder that question, check this interview clip out:

Obviously Kunis isn't exactly pinning for the role... but she makes it clear that if ever offered, it's not totally out of the question either...

Way to confuse us even more!

"Fifty Shades" mastermind E. L. James has yet to provide any clues into the Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele casting rumors. She insists that such decisions won't be made until a director is chosen and a final screenplay submitted. So looks like fans will have to continue waiting in avid anticipation!

But Ashton Kutcher's stunning sweetheart finally put all the rumors to rest during a recent "Oz" press conference, blatantly stating:

“Gosh, this 50 Shades Of Grey thing is just not gonna leave is it. No, you will not see me in 50 Shades Of Grey. I’m so sorry.”

Co-star Braff (37) tried to make light of the situation, exclaiming - “If I had one spell I’d make you do 50 Shades Of Grey. But maybe this means I can be in it?”

Kunis shoots back with, “It’s all Zach Braff’s! You’ll be fantastic in it!”

Hmm... can fans picture the "Scrubs" wiseguy starring as the sexually cunning Mr. Grey?

Yeah, probably not. But at least the two stars have a sense of humor over the situation!

Now that Kunis is officially out of the Anastasia Steele running, who are "Fifty Shades" fans rooting for? Alexis Bledel, Emma Waton, Lucy Hale... there's so many fan-favorite options, and James is still nowhere near finalizing the cast!

(Guess we won't see this happening... although it seemed like a long-shot anyway):
