Marvel Comics has big plans for Miles Morales, the amazing wall-crawler from the Ultimate Universe. Now that Secret Wars is over, and an all-new, all-different Marvel begins, writer Brian Michael Bendis and artist Sarah Pichelli's Spider-Man #1 arrives in the February solicitations 2016 .

As we previously mentioned, the first issue of Secret Wars brought about the destruction of Marvel and Ultimate Universe. Miles Morales and the rest of the heroes of the Ultimate Universe had to work together to stop their final extinction. Heroes and villains teamed up against Doctor Doom, making the heartbreaking sacrifices to bring balance and order after chaos.

According to the plot synopsis, now a stranger in a strange land, Miles patrols the rooftops of a New York City, now very different from the one he knew. Miles Morales has been doing the super hero thing but in the aftermath of Secret Wars, none of that matters. Everything has changed for Miles as he has become a full-fledged member of the Marvel Universe. Swinging next to The Invincible Iron Man, The Mighty Thor and the All-New Captain America, being a card-carrying member of the Avengers has its perks, but it's not all fun and games. Miles knows what happened during the eight month gap.

As Comic Book Resources reports, there will be a hip-hop variant cover by Adi Granov, a variant cover by Michael Cho, a young variant cover by Skottie Young, and a classic variant cover by Mark Bagley. The first installment will be an over-sized 32 pages and cost at $3.99.

IGN adds, "Spider-Man #1 finally has a release date, but we're still waiting for several previously announced books to be solicited (including Black Panther, Black Widow, Blade and Gamora)."
