The multi-platinum-selling, international pop/R&B singer/songwriter Jay Sean announced yesterday that he will release his next album, "Neon," on May 21, according to Billboard. "Where You Are" will be the first single from his Cash Money/Republic sophomore project, hitting radio airwaves and iTunes on March 19.

Jay Sean excitedly Tweets yesterday:

"So yes. Excited for this year! Album Neon, May 21st. Single- where you are, march 19th. And just signed the @janoskians - expect madness."

As if putting out a new album isn't enough, Sean "concurrently" announces the launch of his new venture "Kamouflage Entertainment" with business associates Jeremy Skaller and Thara Prashad.

According to Billboard, "With offices in both New York City and Los Angeles, the company's first signings include Australian prankster crew The Janoskians, U.K. "X Factor" finalists The Fairground and urban production duo Da BeatFreaks (whose credits include British boy band Blue). Kamouflage's debut project will be The Janoskians, slated for first quarter release via Sony Music."

The Janoskians are thrilled to sign with the R&B star, as group members tweeted:

"It is official guys :) we are signed with @jaysean," tweeted Beau Brooks.

With Jai Brooks adding, "Dreams do come true but hard work comes along with reaching it:)"

Jay Sean currently resides at No. 5 on Billboard's Dance Club Songs chart with "So High." The song will also appear on the new album, which marks Sean's fourth studio project, notes Billboard.

The London-born Sean signed with Cash Money in 2008 and made his U.S. album debut in 2009 with "All or Nothing." His number 1 hit "Down" with labelmate Lil Wayne put him on the US map in 2009, followed by his top 10 single "Do You Remember." Jay Sean is of Sikh Punjabi descent and his single "Down" hitting number 1 in the US made him the first solo male artist from South Asia to claim this honor, according to Yahoo.

Hopefully "Neon" will bring some more US #1 hits for the international sensation Jay Sean.
