Tyga Ordered to Pay $25,000 in Sexual Assault Lawsuit: Underage Girl Groped While Drunk

Tyga has been ordered to pay $25,000 to Allison Brown after she filed a sexual assault lawsuit against the rapper in 2011. Brown appeared in his "Make It Nasty" video, where she claims she was given alcohol while underage and groped on the set. Tyga failed to pay the total amount from the settlement agreement.

Brown reached an out-of-court settlement with Tyga in 2013 and he was supposed to pay her $50,000. She only received $25,000 and she sued the rapper for the remaining amount due, along with attorney fees. 

On Thursday, a judge ordered the 26-year-old rapper to pay the remaining balance of $25,000 and tacked on Brown's legal bills of $16,000.

The case stems from an incident in 2011 on the set of the rapper's "Make It Nasty" music video. Tyga was not one of the accused of sexual assault, but was held liable.

Brown was shown topless in the [NSFW Explicit link] final cut of the video without her permission.

Brown stated in the legal documents obtained by Radar Online that she "was invited to the location of the music video – a large mansion in the Hollywood Hills – where she, and a group of similarly situated women, are served unlimited amounts of alcohol while they ‘wait’ for Tyga to arrive at the shoot."

The girls were instructed to dance in a sexually suggestive manner when Tyga arrived on the set and to remove their clothes.

Brown's legal filing continued, "After hours of being encouraged to drink (without verification of the victim’s age), the victim is summoned to the room where the scene is filmed. After one or two takes, the director and the crewmembers (i.e. camera operators) encourage the victim to remove her clothing. Still under the influence of alcohol, the victim is successfully pressured to remove her clothing contingent on the promise that her intimate areas (i.E., nipples) will be ‘edited out.'”

TMZ reports that Brown said she was grabbed by a person in a rabbit suit, who dry-humped her from behind. She attempted to leave and another man grabbed her breast.

Three other women also filed lawsuits against Tyga for similar reasons, stemming from the same music video shoot.
