Scott Disick might be known for his partying ways, but after checking himself into rehab it looks like the 32-year-old reality star has turned over a new leaf in his life. It seems that rehab has definitely stuck with the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, as it is being reported that the self-proclaimed lord, who has made a living off of live appearances at clubs and parties, has canceled all his appearances following completing treatment.

According to Radar Online, the former lover of Kourtney Kardashian has changed his life around, and he no longer wants to participate in paid party appearances.

"Scott is avoiding going to clubs, especially paid club gigs," an insider explained to the news site. "It would be stupid of him to go."

The source goes one step further mentioning that there is a long list of reasons as to why the reality star has stopped going to the events, mentioning that one is because it looks bad for his brand.

"It's a bad image thing for him for sure," an insider reported. "He's trying to show the world and his family that he's committed to his new 'family man' status. Going to clubs isn't really going to help that."

"For his health, well-being and sobriety, it can't work if he's clubbing," an insider revealed, according to Life & Style magazine. "He can make a lot of money doing appearances that don't put him in those positions."

In related news, it seems that Disick is going to be selling his Beverly Hills house, as it reportedly hasn't helped his partying ways, according to TMZ.

The house is estimated in the $4 million range and since he bought it for $3.69 million, so he will be making a profit off the sale, as well as hoping that the sale will lead him to his new endeavor of selling real estate to make a living instead of club appearances.
