Season 11 of Bones continues its latest season on Fox. During the midseason finale, are Temperance Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and Seeley Booth (David Boreanaz) ready to face the "unexpected loss" from the Jeffersonian?

As we previously mentioned, the eleventh season picked up six months after the Season 10 finale. In the time-jump, Brennan and Booth have moved on in their lives to a new child and different jobs. Though they have given up their old life and settled into a blissful death-free existence, a murder unlike any other draws them back. They reunited with their former colleagues at the Jeffersonian and team with the FBI to solve the case together.

In our recent Bones recap, during the Thanksgiving special, the Jeffersonian team found themselves with the dead body of an Edward Snowden type fugitive. Though Hodgins (T.J. Thyne) was tempted to reveal top secret information, he actually gave the data to Booth. They agreed together that whatever file was in drive had to be destroyed. Reunited with friends and family, Brennnan watched as Booth and his son, and their children, had Thanksgiving dinner together.

According to TV Line, a die-heard Bones fan, @KATIARABREU asked, "What can we expect from the remaining Bones episodes of 2015?"

The entrainment site responded, "Get your Cool Touch Kleenex ready, Kat. The second half of the two-part fall finale on Dec. 10 will find one of our regulars sustaining a heartbreaking, unimaginable loss."

We also mentioned, Deschanel is among this year's honorees at the People's Choice Awards. Bones has been nominated for Favorite TV Crime Drama and Deschanel earned her nod as Favorite Crime Drama TV Actress.

Glee actress Jane Lynch will host the People's Choice Awards on Wednesday, January 6 CBS at 9pm.

The 2 hour Bones midseason finale airs Thursday, December 10, on Fox at 8pm.

Readers, are you excited to see an all-new Bones?
