It seems like The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are taking a page out of The Real Houseives of Orange County's book. While the latter dealt with Brooks Ayers cancer for the better part of season 10 of the Bravo series, it looks like the RHOBH gals are going to be following the same path when it comes to questioning one of their own about her illness. Yolanda Foster's battle with Lyme disease has been one that has been high publicized for the last couple of years, but in a new preview from season 6 of Beverly Hills, it doesn't seem that all her co-stars are whole-heartedly buying her ailment.

Foster has been pretty outspoken about her illness, even traveling all across the globe in search of remedies that could alleviate her suffering. However, in an all-new preview, posted to Bravo TV, Vanderpump is weary of completely believing how sick Foster really is.

According to Us Weekly, during a sit down with Kyle Richards, Vanderpump brings up Foster's Lyme disease and is trying to wrap her head around it.

"I don't quite understand what's wrong with her," Vanderpump explains in her confessional, while she is on a lunch date with Richards. "I don't know if it is Lyme disease, but I'm not criticizing her. I'm just questioning it."

"She was having some anesthetic, she had a stem cell transplant- just a lot of stuff," the star further stated of Foster's process to get better, which only confused her more.

In the same clip, Yolanda explained that her illness has definitely taken its toll on her, as she explains, "it's been like trying to uncover a murder mystery."

The star has been posting on Instagram about her struggle to recovery. She posted a picture earlier this month of herself getting an IV drip, writing, "When the going gets tough, the tough gets going........ #LymediseaseAwereness Still #SearchingForACure #1,460DaysLater #UVBITreatment"
