Kim Kardashian, now 4 months pregnant with a baby girl, rushed to the hospital in LA on Tuesday night in fear that she was having a miscarriage! The expecting mother was flying back from Paris when she started to have stomach pains and felt in on her flight home, reports The New York Post. Upon landing, Kardashian dashed to the hospital in tears.

"She thought she was having a miscarriage," a source tells Page Six. "Kim's not respecting her pregnancy. She's running around, working out seven days a week. She's working with two different trainers to control her weight, including Tracy Anderson and a pregnancy trainer."

Don't worry, baby Kimye and her mom are "all fine," reveals a source to Yahoo omg, but the doctor did order Kim to rest and to dial down her hectic lifedtyle for the sake of the pregnancy.

Kardashian flew to Paris on Sunday to accompany boyfriend Kayne West to the Givency fashion show, reports Yahoo omg!. This isnt the first time Kim flew with her baby bump, as she's recently traveled across the globe to make appearances in countries as far as Africa.

The doctor ordered rest," a source close to Kardashian tells omg!. "She's been traveling and working a lot so just needs to take a little rest."

The Post reports that she has been desperately trying to tame her figure amid public criticism that she's ballooning."She's scared that her ass is as big as a couch and is going south," the source said. "But she is having a very rough pregnancy, and doctors have ordered her to slow down."

Hopefully this scare is the wake-up call that Kim K. needed, and she'll realize it's time to focus on carrying a healthy baby rather than obsessing about her weight gain.
