Another day, another custody battle for Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans. While the MTV mom is still dealing with her never ending fight with her mother Barbara Evans, she is at odds with ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith. He even accused her of taking prescription pills after she battled a drug addiction for years. Will the reality dad use this opportunity to file for guardianship of their son Kaiser?

In an interview with Radar Online, Jenelle lambasted her baby daddy for taking their son on a trip without her knowledge.

"I told him, 'If you want to see Kaiser ever since you took him to Boston without telling me, you can file for visitation,'" the North Carolina mom said. "Well he still has yet to do that."

"He has been asking me, but then I'm like, 'If I give him Kaiser, then he can take off with him,'" she continued. "And then when will I ever get him back? It just scares me."

As MStars News reported, Nathan called Child Protective Services on Jenelle after she went on a Caribbean vacation with boyfriend David Eason and left Kaiser at home with a friend.

"He made all these accusations saying that I'm taking Xanax and that I'm drinking every night and I'm partying and stuff," she told Radar. Luckily for her, CPS found no cause to take her son away from her.

As viewers saw throughout season six, the former controversial reality couple's relationship was fraught with a lot of violence and abuse, but now Jenelle is in a much better place in her life after their breakup.

"I've been a lot happier," she said. "I was in such a bad place for such a long time, but it got to the point where I was like I need to get away from it."

Do you think Jenelle should let Nathan take Kaiser by himself?
