Loving a New Broadcast Show? Don't get too attached before you know its 'Cancelled' or 'Renewed' status. Here are the updates on 3 of the new trending best and worst performing broadcast shows. This quick performance review will give you the run down on which programs to check out and which ones to clear from your DVR.

Best Performers: Team 'Renewed'

At the top of the charts for best performing shows is NBC's Blindspot starring Jaimie Alexander as mystery woman, Jane Doe and Sullivan Stapleton as FBI agent, Kurt Weller. This freshman drama plot unfolds when Jane Doe is discovered naked in Times Square alive in a body bag covered in tattoos with no recollection of how she got there. Soon FBI agents realize each tattoo on her body unlocks a clue to solve crimes. "Blindspot" has held the #1 spot for new fall broadcast shows among 18-49 audience. As previously reported on MSTARS, "Blindspot" was renewed for a second season last month. This buzz worthy action packed series has proven to be ratings hit. Wall Street Journal calls it a "great thriller... that manages nonetheless to exert instant powers of seduction and keep a viewer rapt." Tune in to NBC Mondays at 10pm.

In second place comes ABC's Quantico, another FBI centered drama that follows a diverse group of agents after their arrival at "Quantico" Headquarters for training. The show stars Josh Hopkins as Liam O'Connor and Priyanka Chopra as Alex Parrish as they train to become special agents and unveil a fellow agent who is a suspected 9/11 terrorist. "Quantico" has held the No. 1 spot among Sunday scripted broadcast shows on adults 18-49. Quantico is definitely a DVR keeper as it has been making headlines for playback viewing this season. Check it out on ABC Sundays at 10pm.

Finally, in third place for the best performer is CBS's Limitless, a drama series based on the film, produced by Bradley Cooper who also appears as Senator Edward Morra. The fast-paced "dramedy" stars Jake McDorman (Brian Finch) who discovers the supernatural powers of a drug called NZT-48 that allows for full use of his brain. "Limitless" has locked down the number one spot in its Tuesday 10-11pm slot for viewers each week and counted among the new Fall TV obsessions. CBS ordered a full new season of the show in October and MSTARS covered it for you.

Worst Performers: Team 'Cancelled'

Now to the top of the bottom-with the weakest ratings throughout the season comes ABC's "Wicked City." This show premiered in late October--a fall broadcast late bloomer. However, it only took 3 episodes before it was crowned "fall's TV's first cancelled show." This short-lived drama follows Kent (Ed Westwick) and Betty (Erika Christensen) as they navigate through the noteworthy Los Angeles 1982 murder case set along the Rock 'n' Roll, cocaine filled Sunset Strip. CBS pulled the plug on the eight season show last month.

Next up on the chopping block is NBC's The Player, starring Wesley Snipes and Philip Winchester. This Las Vegas drama centers on a security expert that joins a group of wealthy gamblers who bet on his ability to stop crimes before they happen. This freshman series was not the best bet for NBC and completed its one and only nine episode season in mid-November.

The final one-hit wonder that will not see a second season is Minority Report, starring Megan Good and Stark Sands who act as agency appointed "precognitive" officers that work in the present time to prevent heinous crimes from happening in the year 2065. MSTARS kept a pulse on the struggling show throughout its season which ended November 30.
