Kim Kardashian Pregnancy Update: Her Son is No Longer Breech, Mrs. West Prepares for Labor

Kim Kardashian finally has something good to talk about when it comes to her preparing for her upcoming labor. Mrs. West updated her fans on Tuesday and revealed that her son is no longer breech! According to US Magazine, mama Kardashian wrote on her blog that her second child was finally turned in the right position inside of her womb so that he could get ready to make his debut into the world.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star titled her post: "Baby West Update: All Turned Around!" and revealed that she underwent a harsh procedure to get her son to no longer be in the wrong direction. With the help of her doctors, Kim and Kanye's son is in the proper position for birth.

"So I wanted to give you guys an update on my pregnancy since my last post," North West's mother wrote. "This weekend, I checked into the hospital and underwent a procedure called an ECV (External Cephalic Version, or a Version), which is done to manually turn the baby from a breech position to a head-down position. They gave me an IV with medication to relax my uterus, and then three doctors attempted to work together to turn the baby."

MStars News previously learned that Kardashian would probably have to have a C-section if her son wouldn't turn the right way. She revealed that she didn't want that option but if it was an emergency, she said that she would do whatever it took to have a healthy son. "Obviously, if it's an emergency and for the safety of my son, I will get a C-section-but if I don't need one, I'd rather not," the 35-year-old actress said. We also learned that Kardashian had other pregnancy woes which included a gestational diabetes scare.

Kardashian also admitted that she was ready to give birth to her son last weekend if she had to. "There was a risk that my water might break or the baby's heart rate could drop-in which case, an emergency C-section would then take place. I went in with my sisters and my husband [Kanye West]. I was prepared for it all!" she wrote on her blog. "They don't give you any pain medication, and let me tell you: This was soooooo painful. Probably more painful than childbirth." It looks like baby West will be born in December! Who knows, he may be sharing the same birthday as his cousins, Mason and Reign Disick -- Kourtney Kardashian's sons. "It worked!!! My baby is in the right position and it feels so good to not have the stress of thinking I need a C-section," she added. "I'm so thankful for my doctors!"

Now the soon-to-be mother has a sinus infection. "I now have a cold and sinus infection, so I have to fight through this and get better!" she said. "I'm going to have North have a sleepover with her cousins for the next two days so I can really sleep and get better. She loves sleepovers and I really need this time to get better. I haven't been able to sleep and just need to catch up." Hopefully this bun in the oven is cooked and ready to come out soon!
