Demi Moore filed divorce papers against Ashton Kutcher Thursday and asked for spousal support from the Two and a Half Men star just as a source revealed that the actress is "really hurt" by him.

A source told TMZ Kutcher was a "bad husband" and that Moore is upset about what happened between them. The gossip website also stated that Moore is richer than him but she is seeking spousal support and wants Kutcher to pay her attorney fees perhaps as a method of revenge against Kutcher. Multiple sources connected with the two stars also revealed that they are in the midst of negotiating a financial settlement.

Moore filed divorce papers on Thursday, 16 months after announcing her split from Kutcher and following failed attempts for the two of them to reach a private settlement. They were married for six years. An insider told New York Post Kutcher "has been very difficult during the talks" and has even been "hostile."

Obtained court documents of the paperwork Moore filed prove she requested "dissolution of marriage" based on "irreconcilable differences."

"Ashton made a lot of money after marrying Demi - a lot more than she made - but despite him becoming just as famous through her, he believes he doesn't owe her that much," the source said, adding about Moore, "She has had enough. After over a year of attempting to reach a settlement, Demi is definitely ready to move on."

The 50 year-old separated from Kutcher, 35, following allegations that he cheated with waitress Sara Leal on their sixth wedding anniversary in September 2011. Kutcher is now dating actress Mila Kunis.
