Charlie Sheen Made Ex Brett Rossi Get an Abortion Because He Didn't Want a "Retarded Child?"

Charlie Sheen's former fiancee Brett Rossi is speaking out about the actor being afraid of having a "retarded child" and forcing her to have an abortion. Rossi also claims Sheen had unprotected sex with her at least five times before revealing he was HIV positive. The former porn star is now suing the actor.

People magazine reports that Rossi, whose real name is Scottine Ross, filed a lawsuit against Sheen on Thursday for assault and battery, emotional distress and false imprisonment and negligence.

Rossi (who was born Scottine Ross) claims that she and Sheen had sex five times before the actor told her he was HIV-positive.

The former porn star also claims that Sheen made her get an abortion when she fell pregnant in March 2014.

Rossi claims Sheen threatened to leave her if she did not get the abortion because thought she would "give birth to a retarded child," according to TMZ.

She also claims the actor was violent, stating, "He beat the sh*t out of me and made me f*cking think it was okay to forgive him."

A video obtained by Radar Online filmed in April 2015 shows Rossi burning photos of herself and Sheen.

Rossi is crying as she rants, "You exposed me to HIV for a year and a half! You made me get rid of a baby."

She adds, "You offered me a hundred grand after basically being married to you… you piece of sh*t. After everything I f*cking did for you and your f*cking kids!"

Rossi lived with the actor in his Beverly Hills mansion until he ended their engagement in October 2014.

In February 2014, the 50-year-old actor proposed to Brett while on holidays in Hawaii.

Rossi tweeted at that time, "This is the happiest moment of both our lives. He's my best friend and my soulmate."

Rossi attempted suicide by overdosing on drugs in November 2014 after the engagement was called off. And again in December after Sheen sent her "insulting and demeaning text messages."
