Slim Shady inspires Justin Bieber, and here's why:

"I guess Eminem is kind of a pop star. I know he's a rapper, but I feel like he was a pop star too, a little bit, based on his brand" (via Billboard).

And although several fans still consider the "Sorry" crooner a wannabe "Rap God," the 21-year-old heartthrob enjoys blasting (and even singing) some hit tunes by the infamous Detroit emcee:

While partying at London's popular Tape nightclub on Sunday evening (December 6), the Biebs gave an impromptu performance of "Lose Yourself" and "Cleanin' Out My Closet." @mayrosekidrauhl: "'Eminem ft Justin Bieber' - all i f*cking want before my death

@lkbbradley: "Justin Bieber rapping to my fav Eminem song honestly just made me love him even more [crying]."

@msidhu149: "Justin Bieber: King of pop / Eminem: King of rap."

@yashsus: "you have to lose yourself to love yourself. Eminem and Justin Bieber are icons. Amen."

@Toniannderosa_: "'what do you want for Christmas' - Things from Eminem and Justin Bieber... #myobsession."

@CourtneyGuire: "Imagine how good an Eminem and Justin Bieber collab would be..."

Back in October, Bieber snagged a slew of honors at the Europe Music Awards. He now holds 18 wins - Em only has 15. Perhaps if they came together in the studio, something remarkable could happen?

Meanwhile, Shady currently remains fully focused on other (non hip-hop related) business ventures:
