Laguna Beach and The Hills star Kristin Cavallari is going through a bit of family drama. Just days after he went missing, it's being reported that her brother Michael had some trouble with law enforcement. According to Radar Online, Cavallari was arrested for threatening a woman at gunpoint.

The site reports that on Nov. 23, the 30-year-old was arrested for making criminal threats following a domestic dispute.

According to Orange County law enforcement officials, a female called police after 6 p.m. claiming that Cavallari had indeed threatened her with a gun outside of her home.

"The victim/informant was in her home when she heard tapping that sounded like a piece of metal hitting her door," Chief Information Officer Kirk Wilkerson told Radar.

The officer also told the site that the female looked through the peephole and cracked the door open but she did not see anyone. She then looked out the window between her apartment and the parking lot where she spotted Cavallari. He had a shotgun pressed to his shoulder and the barrel raised parallel to the ground, aiming down the path.

Authorities caught up to Cavallari at Dana Point City Hall. While speaking to him they discovered a strong odor of alcohol. He later admitted to having a loaded shotgun in his trunk.

After confiscating the gun, authorities returned to Michael's home, where they found ammunition and a shotgun. All items were placed into police custody and Cavallari was arrested.

For several weeks after Cavallari and the unknown female had a verbal dispute, Cavallari kept coming by her house and knocking on her door, but she refused to answer.

Cavallari was last seen in a Utah gas station, just days after his arrest in California.
