Elle Macpherson Engaged to Old Flame Jeffrey Soffer: Billionaire Boyfriend Gives Australian Supermodel Engagement Ring

Although supermodel Elle Macpherson and Miami-based hotel billionaire Jeffrey Soffer split last May, it looks like they have reconciled and are planning to walk down the aisle. The 49-year-old Macpherson and 43-year-old Soffer parted ways due to issues with distance and schedules. After Soffer survived a deadly helicopter crash in November, Elle came to his side for support. Jeffrey had to undergo surgery for a fractured vertebra. It looks like the relationship bloomed once more for the two since rumors are spreading about the engagement. No official word has been released, but it looks like Macpherson has said "yes" because she is now set to move to Miami to be with her (supposed) fiancé.

This will be the second marriage for each of them. Macpherson was married to fashion photographer Gilles Bensimon from 1986 to 1989. She also has two sons (Arpad Flyn Alexander and Aurelius Cy Andrea) with former long-term, French financier boyfriend Arpad Busson. They were engaged in 2002 but called it off in July 2005. Busson just recently had a child with American actress Uma Thurman. Macpherson's last relationship was with the highest paid banker in London, 57-year-old financier Roger Jenkins. But Elle split from Jenkins less than one month after Jeffrey Soffer's helicopter accident and injury.

Since there has yet to be an official announcement, the wedding date is far off from being shared as well. Representatives of Macpherson and Soffer have not made any confirmation and Elle's Twitter account does not have any news either. With that said, do you think the rumors are true?
