'Chrisley Knows Best' S03E17 'Hometown Hero' Todd And Julie, Chase, Savannah Chrisley Recap

Season 3 of the popular reality show Chrisley Knows Best continues on USA Network. In Episode 17, will Julie  and Todd Chrisley, be able to discuss with their daughter Savannah and son Chase, about Hometown Hero?

Todd and Julie have to deal with a flying squirrel in their room. This means the past have to crash at their vacation home. Grayson wants to go to the lake but Julie thinks the place should be cleaned first. Chase is late to the lake because he knew his parents would make him leave.

Lindsie and Todd's mother finally arrive at the vacation home. Savannah wants to enjoy the lake house, which the family hasn't done. Todd makes a call to his friend, Bill, who sets up a get-together with their other comrades. The children wants to see what their father was like when he was younger.

While Julie goes over the family history, Chase finally shows up. Todd shows his kids where he first met with Julie. At Bill's place, the kids hear about how hot Julie was back then. Todd is afraid of attending the reunion now that the kids have heard their mother used to smoke. 

At the reunion, Todd is embarrassed by the stories his friends tell. Chase and Savannah want to hear more about how their father was a drinker and womanizer. Chase is so happy that its his father's crap out in the air.

Chase impressed that his father had sex with everybody. Julie teaches Todd that he cannot chose what he wants his kids to know. Lindsie wonders just how women did Todd sleep with; Chase thinks it's in the double digits.  

Todd teaches his children that he worked hard to earn his money. Real estate is how he was able to get out of his tough situation. As they visit the abandoned loading dock, Chase and Savannah gets perspective on how lucky they are. The children didn't know how bad it was for their grandmother.

Back at home, in the bedroom, Todd is happy the kids learned about his past. Chase is proud of his father and thanks him for his hard work. Savannah is glad her father wasn't boring his entire life.
