Rihanna X PUMA to Showcase Athleisure Wear at New York Fashion Week

Fans of Rihanna have been making tons of noise waiting for the release of her eighth studio album, ANTI. However, the singer, and Puma creative director, has decided to spring on the fashion world a powerful collaboration with PUMA. In February 2016, the Rihanna X PUMA athleisure ware collection will showcase at the New York City Fashion Week, according to New York magazine.

The Barbados Princess recently sent out a tweet with a link to her annual Diamond Ball charitable auction. "One of the items on the block? Two tickets to the 'the premier Puma by Rihanna AW16 fashion show,'" as told by NY mag.

What are some of the other items being auctioned off? Well, People reports, "Rihanna will also be auctioning off a Jeff Koons print, her 2014 Christmas tree covered in 20,000 black Swarovski crystals, and VIP tickets to one of the shows during her upcoming tour."

Vogue magazine claims, "The top bidder on Rihanna's fashion show tickets will also receive a preshow styling session, backstage access after the show, and an after-party invite, in addition to one of every item to walk own the Puma by Rihanna Fall 2016 runway and signed creepers in every color."

Prepare to get your panties or boxers in a bunch, the tickets are starting at a bid of $15,000 for front row seats, according to People.

The publication also reports that the first collection designed by the fashion icon were the flatform sneakers and of course, upon release they sold out immediately.

Just how did her fans react to this announcement? To no avail, they were complaining about the release of ANTI. The anticipation is killing them, literally and figuratively.

 According to the listing, the show is on Feb. 12, 2016 at 8 p.m. The location has yet to be disclosed.
