Actress Mandy Moore and rocker Ryan Adams are currently involved in a messy divorce settlement, with Adams refusing to pay $37k in monthly spousal support. The former couple is also reportedly arguing over their pets. The actress wants her estranged husband to take four of their six cats in the divorce settlement. The divorce is stalled until the couple can come to an agreement.

Moore, 31, and Adams, 41, revealed in January that they were divorcing just ahead of their sixth wedding anniversary.

The couple said in a joint statement through their rep at the time, "Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams have mutually decided to end their marriage of almost six years. It is a respectful, amicable parting of ways and both Mandy and Ryan are asking for media to respect their privacy at this time."

The couple married in 2009 in Savannah, Georgia, after dating for about a year. They do not have any children.

The actress and rocker are currently fighting over Moore's demand for spousal support. Adams is reportedly refusing to make regular payments.

TMZ obtained documents that show Adams makes around $150,000 monthly and Moore only makes a quarter of that amount.

Moore is also requesting that Adams take four of their eight pets because she is having a tough time take care of them all. They have six cats and two dogs together.

The only thing the couple can agree on is splitting the mortgage on their house.

Adams is a singer, producer and songwriter and has released 13 albums. He was previously in the group Whiskeytown, but left the band in 2000 to pursue a solo career.

Moore started out as a singer in 1999, signing a record deal with Sony. She later transitioned to acting, starring in movies such as A Walk to Remember, How to Deal, Chasing Liberty and The Princess Diaries.
