Kristen Stewart Regrets Robert Pattinson? FKA Twigs 2016 Fall Wedding Ends Movie Reunion Shame

Kristen Stewart's "teen romance" with Robert Pattinson is definitely a thing of the past. So why does the 25-year-old starlet still refuse to work with her former "Twilight" beau?

According to the infamous gossip webloid Celeb Dirty Laundry, K-Stew obviously regrets cheating on the 29-year-old British heartthrob with "SWATH" movie director, Rupert Sanders. But she's even more ashamed that several fans later deemed her a "villian" for hurting R-Patz so badly.

But the seedy report further insinuates that Stewart never loved Pattinson - she only went along with the "showmance" to help increase gossip and ratings. All along, she felt stronger feelings towards personal assistant, Alicia Cargile. Ultimately, that made her career suffer:

"Without the help of a showmance, Kristen’s appeal waned drastically... [Is] her fan base just [not] strong enough without the charm of Pattinson to balance out her teenage angsty attitude? Pattinson would be a fool to return to a [movie] set with Stewart, but [she] likes to give the impression that she refuses to work with him. Instead, Stewart asserts that the reasoning for the lack of blockbusters is because she wants to focus on the art."

However, this is ALL speculation - CDL quotes no actual sources to support such oversensationalized claims. The website simply twists Stewart's own words from a recent interview with Diva magazine:

"I need to choose films based on what my gut instincts tell me... I made a conscious decision to avoid blockbusters and choose smaller projects that might attract less attention, but are going to satisfy me artistically... When your career reaches a certain level, there are so many responsibilities that come with that and sometimes you feel that your life is not your own anymore. That's why I decided to change a lot of things about how I was working and try to be true to myself."
