It seems as though Taylor Swift is really determined to take over the world, and she's surely taking care of business as usual. The 26-year-old Blank Space singer shared an Instagram snap on Sunday, where she shared a photo to commemorate her birthday: "Today I begin my 26th year of freaking out over stuff," Swift wrote for the caption.

2015 was a year full of surprises for Taylor Swift, who donned the shocked look at most of the year's awards shows. According to E! News, Swift already bagged dozens of awards at several music awards.

Among those honors include seven Grammy awards, 25 Teen Choice Awards, 22 Billboard Music Awards, 11 CMA Awards, and eight ACM awards.

It was also on Sunday when the Bad Blood singer first announced her plans for an upcoming concert film, The 1989 World Tour Live, which drops on Apple Music on December 20.

Directed by Jonas Akerlund, the film features her recent concert in Sydney, Australia back in November 28. The movie is also expected to show off rehearsals and some backstage videos from her previous shows.

In case you missed it in the Instagram photo, Swift is seen sporting the iconic photo of Disney's The Little Mermaid on her sweater, which was first released in 1989, the same she was born.

It's well known that Taylor made a brand out of her birth year after naming her latest album after it. Now, Swift is taking charge out of her hard-earned branding rights.

According to the Huffington Post, Taylor Swift wants to trademark five phrases that have been linked to her 1989 album, simply to "prevent others from cashing in on her success by merchandising clothes, printed materials, retail websites and concerts featuring her lyrics and famous phrases."

"Blank Space," "And I'll Write Your Name," "A Girl Named Girl," "1989," and "Swiftmas" were the phrases TAS (Taylor Allison Swift) Rights Management filed trademark applications with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for on December 3rd.

Taylor Swift net worth is $280 million.
