Adele Announces 2016 North America Tour After Her NBC Live in New York Special

Adele has been on everyone's radar with the record shattering release of her new album, "25." After battling vocal chord illnesses for the last 5 years, Adele is finally ready to hit the stage again.The British singer appeared last week on NBC's Adele, Live in New York City Special and has since announced her 2016 North American Tour.  Adele will touch down in St. Paul, Minnesota on July 5 and zigzag her way across the country to a city near you! Catch her before her final stop in Mexico City November 15.

Adele is making her valiant return to music after tough battles with vocal cord illness over the past 5 years. In 2011, vocal cord hemmorages forced her to cancel her U.S. tour, but now she has recovered and ready to roar.Last month, she said "Hello" to her adoring fans with the release of her new album "25" that shattered records within a week. Adele breezed past the 5 million copies sold mark in three weeks with no streaming agreements.

As previously covered by MStars, Adele gave her U.S. fans a special treat with a one-night only performance in New York's Radio City Music Hall. The performance aired December14 on NBC and broke broadcast ratings records.

The music maven didn't stop there. Adele announced the album tour will kick off in the UK with 36 stops from February through June. The entire UK tour is already sold out. She then shifted her focus to 2016 North American domination with the massive 56-night tour from June until November. Tickets will go on sale December 17 at 10am local time via Adele's official website.
