There seems to be terrorist acts going unnoticed in America on a daily basis. Most of them are between White Americans vs. African Americans and White Americans vs. Muslims. In recent New Market, Maryland news, an African American, Dante, was taunted and experienced hate crimes from his neighbor, Shaun Porter, the moment he moved his family into the neighborhood, according to FOX 5 DC.

The hate crimes have been consistent for an on-going 14 months. Neighborhood residents have stated the harassment was non-stop. It included the waving of the Confederate Flag for hours on end in Porter's front lawn, blasting of music into the wee hours of the morning and the revving of a car engine late in the night, the publication reports.

Frederick County Sheriff Chuck Jenkins addressed the homeowners association by stating, "Up until this past weekend, in my opinion and the opinion of the state's attorney, he never broke the law. I know you're frustrated, but the fact that we couldn't come in and make an arrest is simply- he didn't break the law. I think personally he's crossed the line."

Rolling Out magazine reports, Porter even took it as far as to pull out guns on construction workers who parked in front of his house. Their presence did not settle well with him because they were in the neighborhood to work on Dante's home.

Dante has taken action by calling the police department on more than one occasion but did not stop the harassment. As soon as the police left, Porter spray painted 'F*ck Dante' on his own truck, in protest.

One of Dante's neighbors says, "This board could have done something about it. Now that we are where we are, I promise you if he gets the amount of unwanted attention that he's going to get, that 30 days will be 30 minutes. I'll come out there and help him move. He'll be gone in a heartbeat." This comment was in reference to Porter announcing he will vacate his rented home in 30 days.

What do you think, readers? Should Porter be classified as a terrorist and taken up on criminal charges?
