40 Glocc Sues Rapper Game For A Cool $4.5 Million Accusing Him Of Assault

G-Unit rapper 40 Glocc has accused Los Angeles rapper Game of assault. He has dragged him to court and has asked for damages totaling $4.5 million. 40 Glocc plastereded Game with a lawsuit claiming injury stemming from a street fight, July 2012. The fight had taken place outside a Hollywood Hills mansion.

40 Glocc whose original name is Tory Gassway was assaulted by Game (real name: Jayceon Taylor) after a fight that broke between both of them outside a Hollywood mansion. Glocc has claimed that Game came with fifteen men and attacked him resulting in major injuries to the rapper. He sustained injuries on his right eye, ribs, kidneys, right shoulder and back. He was also assaulted on his face, head, legs, arms and hands.

Game took a video of Glocc getting thrashed and put it on YouTube. TMZ has reported that Glocc, has asked for $4.5 million in his lawsuit.

A breakdown of $4.5 million:

- $500,000 in pain and suffering

- $500,000 in emotional distress

- $750,000 in lost earnings

- $2 million for punitive damages

- $25,000 in medical expenses and various other reasons.

Glocc sued him for assault, battery and for damaging his reputation. Glocc has gone full out on Game. He dropped "The Full Edit", a diss December 2012. He also gave interviews to various media outlets.

"I smashed him, smashed him," Game said when asked about the 40 Glocc, reported SOHH. "You gotta break it down, man, you gotta break it down. I smashed him. He said he got smashed. Little fabrication in there, he said we pulled weapons out and he got jumped. We'll be back, man. Don't worry about it."

Game was a former affiliate of G-Unit. Game also said the lawsuit diminished the "street cred" of 40 Glocc.
