Eminem's still a "Rap God," but according to fellow emcee Earl Sweatshirt, his diehard fans need to chill a bit when it comes anticipating new Slim Shady music:

"If you still follow Eminem, you drink way too much Mountain Dew and probably need to, like, come home from the army," Sweatshirt explained in a recent interview with Spin.

Well, the MMLP2 superstar still remains mum on Instagram, although he could secretly be working on another epic diss track inspired by Sweatshirt's low blow. Do MstarsNews readers agree? Several Twitter fans were NOT amused with the Doris singer's rather rude comments:

@noyokono: "Earl Sweatshirt's opinion of Eminem is among the least interesting things about him in that or any interview."

@ShadyEminemFact: "Eminem = 15 Grammys... Earl Sweatshirt + Lil' Wayne + Drake + Nas + Iggy + J Cole + Nicki Minaj + Tyga = 5 Grammys."

@IsaiahJones112: "I love Earl Sweatshirt but don't disrespect Eminem, he's undoubtedly Top 5 of all time."

@8shadypurple: "Earl Sweathsirt. You ungrateful piece of _____ #Eminem."

@Southpawer: "I'm sorry Earl Sweatshirt but this is straight insult to Eminem's new material and Em's fanbase."

Em's good hip-hop friend KXNG Crooked simply had this to say:

Then just a few hours later, he shared this exciting snapshot on Instagram:

Maybe they're working together again in the studio with Big Sloan? Obviously, Sweatshirt's not invited!

He also said this about the evolution of hip-hop in the same interview:

"We finally went into these chambers of our own selves that we hadn't gone into before. Like Vince [Staples] went back to the time that changed him, which was summertime 2006 and I just kind of examined where I was at his time. Same with Future and same with Kendrick [Lamar]... N*ggas are evaluating where they're at right now. Even Drake! 'Please do not talk to me like I'm that Drake from four years ago/ I'm in a higher place.' He's talking to you about him right now. So any of the sh*t that's sticking is because it's current and honest."
