It's been only two weeks since Kim Kardashian gave birth to her son, Saint West, and she's already talking about losing her baby weight! MStars News has learned that Mrs. West is trying to lose 70 lbs after gaining 60 lbs while she was pregnant with her second child.

During the early stages of her pregnancy, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star weighed 130. But at the end of her pregnancy, Kardashian weighed 190 and said, "I almost died."

The reality star, who married to Kanye West, wants to be 120 lbs, which is almost the same weight she was when she tied the knot to the rapper back in 2014. Thanks to breastfeeding, and dieting, she's already lost 17 lbs.

In a new blog post, Kardashian also shared that she's been eating her placenta after giving birth to her little boy.

"I heard so many stories when I was pregnant with North of moms who never ate their placenta with their first baby and then had postpartum depression, but then when they took the pills with their second baby, they did not suffer from depression," the second-time-around mother said. "So I thought, why not try it? What do I have to lose?"

Kardashian also revealed why she hasn't been posting photos of herself after her son was born. "It's not even about how I look... no makeup and sweats. I know I have been on social media a little bit, but I wanted this time to not have to care or post something about myself," she explained about her post baby body.

Saint West was born early Saturday morning on Dec. 5. He joins big sister, North West. Kardashian also shocked everyone when she was thinking about having another child with her husband, but those dreams were crashed after doctors revealed it would be too dangerous for the reality star to risk a third pregnancy.
