Over the last 6 seasons of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, fans have fallen in love with Lisa Vanderpump and her family, which includes her precious pooches. The Villa Blanca and SUR owner's lover for her animals has always been part of her storyline on the series. Fans even saw as she tried to purchase a three-legged miniature pony during last week's episode of her husband's birthday. However, some devastating news has made its way into the Vanderpump family as one of the star's dogs, Daddio, died over the weekend.

According to Radar Online, the unfortunate incident happened while the star was away on vacation. She found him upon returning back to Beverly Hills.

The star took to her Twitter account to reveal the news to her fans and followers on December 18, writing, "My little Daddio passed away whilst we were traveling back, daddy of Giggy whom we adopted two years ago. So very sad."

People is also reporting that Vanderpump's daughter, Pandora, also took to her social media to pay tribute to her four-legged friend. She posted a picture of the Pomeranian and wrote underneath, "My poor baby... I miss you already Daddio."

Co-star Lisa Rinna tweeted her support to the family, writing, "I am So very sorry for your loss. Rest in peace Daddio. I know you all loved him so."

While the timing is extremely sad, being around what is supposed to be the happiest time of the year, it seems that Vanderpump's hubby, Ken Todd, is still going to make his wife's holiday a happy one.

Radar is reporting that Todd is planning on surprising the 55-year-old RHOBH star with a brand new puppy during the holiday season. While we are sure that it will be a hard time for the family, a new puppy might be just what they need to brighten their spirits.
