On Saturday (December 19), DJ Akademiks shared a viral clip of Drizzy allegedly teasing an unreleased song on Twitter. But the post was later removed, and here's why:

@IamAkademiks: "Remember that Snippet I tweeted out with Drake singing?? Turns out roc nation on behalf of Rihanna sent over noticed to remove..Use ur brain."

Which could only really mean that the tune exclusively belongs to RiRi, although the YMCMB superstar's vocals are clearly used.

As the hip-hop gossip guru further explains:

@IamAkademiks: "Basically, that song either not on Views or a collab wit Rihanna but could even be a reference for Rihanna... Who knows..."

And here's even more proof:

@IamAkademiks: "Proof cuz we don't do LIES... Or assumption. Rights holder: RIHANNA ."

Interesting... so does that mean that the "FourFiveSeconds" songstress and her former "Hotline Bling" flame reunited in the studio not too long ago?

Details still remained unconfirmed, and the release of Rih's highly-anticipated eighth studio record is still a total mystery. However, she could debut the album as soon as Christmas.

Wonder how Chris Brown might respond if the 27-year-old Barbadian beauty got back together romantically with Drizzy? Apparently, he's hoping to work things out by the New Year, too:

She misses all that warm and fuzzy stuff they use to do and she definitely misses their cuddling sessions. She's having a weak moment for Breezy and she's doing her best not to act on it."
