Rihanna & Jay-Z Bond, Beyonce Jealous? Shades Roc Nation 'Rival' Rita Ora, New Lawsuit

Rita Ora filed a lawsuit against Roc Nation ealier this month, seeking total release from the popular music label. Does this just prove that Rihanna holds major influence and dominance over hip-hop mogul, Jay-Z?

According to The Sun, Ora hopes to end her contract just to get away from the "FourFiveSeconds" songstress. An alleged insider reveals:

"Rihanna has never liked Rita and has been using her power at Roc Nation accordingly. Songs that might be submitted to her are automatically given to Rihanna, who may then hold them for months before deciding she doesn't want them" (via Daily Mail).

Apparently, RiRi has total control within the industry. She always gets first pick of new songs, although the 25-year-old "X-Factor" beauty hasn't previewed a follow-up album since her 2012 debut release.

But Ora's ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris doesn't help matters, either. Since their break-up, he's banned her from performing the hit single "I Will Never Let You Down" (a track he produced while they were still dating).

According to Ora, she has every right to break her partnership with HOV's company because the agreement is in violation of California's "seven-year rule." She also feels "forgotten about" since executives have taken things in a new direction, focused more on sports management. A portion of her complaint states:

"When Rita signed, Roc Nation and its senior executives were very involved with her as an artist. As Roc Nation's interests diversified, there were fewer resources available and the company suffered a revolving door of executives... Rita's remaining supporters at the label left or moved on to other activities, to the point where she no longer had a relationship with anyone at the company" (via The Hollywood Reporter)."

Ora was never close friends with the 27-year-old Barbadian BadGal, but how might they interact now?

Meanwhile, Rih's relationship (er, partnership) with Jay continues growing strong. Wonder what Beyonce must think about that?
