Drama sticks to Jenelle Evans like white on rice. The controversial Teen Mom 2 star is still fighting with her ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith over custody of their son Kaiser after he went to the media about his frustrations over the situation. Now, the MTV mom is defending herself against those accusations.

"I have been telling him, 'You need to get a car seat. You need to get a car chair. You need to get your license back,'" Jenelle told Radar Online about precautions Nathan needs to take before seeing his son.

On top of that, the former reality couple recently fought about Nathan taking little Kai out of South Carolina on a trip to Boston, which got Jenelle all riled up.

"You can't take him out of state because that's what he did," she said. "He took him out of state and that's why I got mad. That was the last time he saw him at the end of October."

As MStars News reported, Nathan told Radar that Jenelle told him she would let him see his son as long as his girlfriend Jessica Henry would drop the assault charges against her. As many fans know, the reality star was arrested for throwing a glass at her head.

"My lawyer suggested that to him," she said. "My lawyer didn't even discuss it with me. My lawyer said, 'I think this is the only way you're going to get these charges dropped.' I haven't spoken to Nathan about it, I haven't spoken to my lawyer about it, I don't know what's been said or what's even going on."

Even with all of the drama, Jenelle says she and Nathan are working together on a plan for guardianship of their son.

"[Our relationship] is good," she said. "We're in the process of coming up with a custody agreement."

Do you think Jenelle will let Nathan see Kaiser for the holidays?
