Former "Jersey Shore" bombshell Jenni "JWoww" Farley will give birth to a son sometime in May 2016. But already four months along, and her baby bump is almost nonexistent. Should hubby Roger Mathews be worried?

The MTV reality starlet recently shared this rather shocking snapshot on Instagram:

Promoting a healthy pregnancy is great, but is JWoww's slim waist a bit too skinny for a soon-to-be mom? Several fans expressed extreme concern:

mrshsaid: "Why is it becoming a trend to have tiny bellys and to barely show at all whilst pregnant? So bizarre to me. I defo believe pregnant women should stay healthy and not go crazy with food (although for me eating helped with my nausea) but the constant promotion of barely there baby bumps and instant post pregnancy snap back is not healthy for impressionable women having children. For some it is unrealistic! Enjoy your pregnancy without worrying about all that stuff I say."

wadamelin: "Please stop advising women to take these shakes ESPECIALLY during pregnancy. You aren't a doctor. Every woman and every pregnancy is different. PLEASE ASK A DOCTOR BEFORE TAKING ANYTHING LIKE THIS DURING PREGNANCY!"

2hot2_trot22: "Okay I'm confused how is it healthy to lose weight when your having a baby? I thought that was bad to do. So how is it healthy to your baby talking weight loss shakes when pregnant not hating love Jenni just confused #neverbeenpregnant."

Meanwhile, some followers insist that the infamous fist pumper's current regimen is totally normal - she's simply petite!

Snooki's outspoken bestie has this to say to such cyber haters:

Farley and Mathews welcomed adorable daughter Meilani back in July 2014, before trying the knot in October 2015. Congrats to the happy newlyweds and parents!
