Oprah Winfrey is one of the richest women in the world, with a fortune going up in the billions, and throughout her incredibly successful career, she's been candid about her struggles with diet and losing weight – and now, a few months after purchasing the majority stake at Weight Watchers in 2015, this new ad emotionally recounts her longtime struggle.

According to Time magazine, Winfrey's first ad with Weight Watchers (now that she's financially involved with the company, she's expected to launch a series of them) has become viral in the hours since it was released, as the media mogul and talk show hostess is seen sitting down and candidly discussing her lifelong weight fluctuations.

"Inside every overweight woman, is a woman she knows she can be. Many times you look in the mirror and you don't even recognize your own self because you got lost, buried in the weight that you carry," Winfrey shares in the recent spot. "Every time I tried and failed, every time I tried again, and every time I tried again, has brought me to this most powerful moment, to say, if not now, when?"

America has been witness to Winfrey's longtime battle with losing weight, as she's publicly gone through a number of diets and fluctuated between different sizes over the past couple of decades, but as shown in the first ad for the company she recently acquired, Winfrey's giving it yet another try – this time with the iconic weight loss program.

While Winfrey's first spot for the weight loss program touches the hearts of many around the world and kickstarts her new campaign with Weight Watchers, her best friend Gayle King, who's also on the program, recently celebrated her 60th birthday alongside Winfrey and "fell off the wagon" of the diet, Entertainment Tonight reports via King's Instagram.
