Will these two ever stop fighting? MStars News has learned that former Basketball Wives LA star Laura Govan wants full custody of her children after their father, Gilbert Arenas, allowed one of his sons to ride on top of the hood of his car while it was moving.

According to Bossip, things couldn't get uglier for Govan and her estranged partner, but they just did – when Govan watched a video of her son on top of his father's car during the holidays!

In the video clip seen below, 8-year-old Alijah seemed to be having the time of his life in 15 seconds after he took a joy ride on the front of a Polaris Slingshot that his father claimed was only moving around 15 MPH.

After the video was deleted, the NBA star appeared on TMZ Live and explained that his son wasn't in harms way. Gilbert claimed that he received an email from his baby mama that said she was planning on taking him to court to request full custody of their kids.

A source revealed that Govan already has primary physical custody, but is trying to go back to court to get Arenas' visitation decreased. Govan is hoping that the judge in her case will also order some safety rules so that her kids aren't put in dangerous situations with their father again.

If you're new to this ongoing crazy relationship, let us fill you in: Govan and Arenas have been making headlines for about two years now with their on-again, off-again toxic love affair. Recently, the exes were back in court as Govan tried to get more child support from the former Washington Wizards player.

Do you think Arenas should lose his custody over this video? Govan is currently getting $35k a month in child support.
