This has been the year of hit or miss shows. MStars has kept a close pulse on the new broadcast shows performances with up-to-date cancelled or renewed status updates. Now we are here to bring you a full list of shows not to look for in 2016. See below for the worst performing shows to say "goodbye and good riddance" to because they did not live up to ratings standards and were cancelled in 2015.

First up on the chopping block is ABC's Wicked City, this show had among the weakest ratings of the fall season. This show premiered in late October; a fall broadcast late bloomer. However, it only took 3 episodes before it was crowned "fall's TV's first cancelled show." This short-lived drama follows Kent (Ed Westwick) and Betty (Erika Christensen) as they navigate through the noteworthy Los Angeles 1982 murder case set along the Rock 'n' Roll and cocaine filled Sunset Strip. CBS pulled the plug on the eight episode season in November.

Next on the list of shows with a weak performance is NBC's The Player. This played out scripted drama is set in Las Vegas and features Wesley Snipes and Philip Winchester. The Player centers around a security expert that joins a group of wealthy gamblers who bet on his ability to stop crimes before they happen. This freshman series was not the best bet for NBC and completed its one and only nine episode season in mid-November.

In third place for the season's worst performers is NBC's Truth be Told, a new sitcom starring Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Tone Bell, Vanessa Lachey, and Bresha Webb who play two diverse couples who are neighbors and best friends. Throughout the show, these couples navigate the world around them and share their perspectives with one another. The show is executively produced by DJ Nash. NBC announced the episode order cut in October, then followed up two weeks later cancelling the show altogether. During its season, Truth be Told struggled from the very beginning. Within the first three episodes, the show earned the title of lowest-rated of any series in-season on the Big Four networks. Geez.

Now to chunk the deuces to the one-hit-wonder, Minority Report on FOX. This show stars Megan Good and Stark Sands who act as agency appointed "precognitive" officers that work in the present time to prevent heinous crimes from happening in the year 2065. MStars kept a pulse on the struggling show throughout its season which ended November 30.

Finally, you will have to say "goodbye" to ABC's Blood & Oil. This scripted drama stars Don Johnson as Hap, Chace Crawford as Billy and Rebecca Rittenhouse as Cody. The show follows Billy and Cody, a married couple, in their rags to riches story after a huge oil discovery. Soon after the two strike gold, they have to deal with a ruthless tycoon--Hap. ABC announced the episode order cut in October. Fans of the show have been imploring the network to reconsider the cancellation on TV Series Finale. ABC's response: Sorry, not sorry.

Stay tuned as MStars continues to bring you up-to-date news on new show performance in 2016!
