While many people were busy making their last minute New Year's Eve plans there was a lot of pressure to find the best party, and have the greatest time. However, while most of our New Year's plans have been a bust over the years, it seems that Joy star Jennifer Lawrence has had the same issue with the end of the year celebration. In fact, the star says that she always winds up disappointed and drunk after one of the biggest party days of the year.

According to E! News, the Hunger Games star explained that there is so much pressure surrounding the holiday that she just always gets let down by it.

The star appeared on an episode of The Graham Norton Show, which aired New Year's Eve, and she stated that she doesn't want to do anything for the holiday this time around.

"I really hate it," the star explained to the show's host according to Vanity Fair. "I've never had a good one. Everyone's chasing a good time and it's always a disappointment. I plan on doing nothing and then if something lands in my lap... but I always end up drunk and disappointed."

"Drunk and Disappointed should be the title of my memoir," the actress jokingly revealed to Norton, while also sharing on of her biggest drunken Hollywood mishaps of the last few year on the program.

"I'm a puker," the star stated, prefacing the story, according to TV Guide. "When I get stressed and exhausted I just vomit. I was driving with my publicist the other day and had to roll down the window and I puked all down the side of the car. It was in front of all the paparazzi - I painted New York! And I threw up at Madonna's party - on the porch."

No word yet on whether or not Lawrence managed to stick to her plan of staying home last night yet.  What do you think?  Do you think she stayed home or gave up and went out to party?
