Amy Duggar King Talks Her Cousin Josh's Cheating Scandal: He "Lived a Double Life"

When it comes to Josh Duggar's cheating scandal, his cousin, Amy Duggar King, is finally weighing in on the situation and claimed that the oldest Duggar child "lived a double life."

According to Us Weekly, King posted a new blog on Monday, Jan. 4 and admitted that she was in shock about her cousin's actions. "It is crazy to think 2015 has already come and gone! Last year was an emotional rollercoaster," King wrote in her blog titled Changes.

She continued, "There's been so many highs and so, so many lows. I thought I'd write of how 2015 has been from my point of view and what it has taught me."

MStars News previously learned that King got engaged to Dillon King over the summer. The former 19 Kids and Counting star tied the knot two months later. "I had always wanted a September wedding, which meant we could either get married in 2 months, or wait another year!" she explained. "So as you can imagine August was a complete blur!"

King revealed that she learned about Josh Duggar's scandal when everyone else did. During one of the happiest times of her life, King said she was also dealing with the hurt that her cousin caused the family.

"Life was just wonderful … drum roll please…. until one of my family members made some terrible confessions," King remembered. "I knew nothing of the molestation charges," she said, later learning that her cousin cheated on his wife, Anna Duggar.

"I was completely shocked just like the rest of the world," King claimed. "The only difference was I was being fitted for my wedding dress with tears running down my face and a glass of wine in my hand as the news broke. I wondered what the heck was going on? A million questions flooded my mind."

King claimed that she was upset, confused and outraged with Josh Duggar. "Rage came over me, sadness crept in, and reality sat in that the person I had known my entire life turned out to be a fraud, and a complete stranger," she revealed. "I've always heard that there were people in this world that lived a double life, but I never thought that someone so close to home would be living a lie."

Josh and Anna Duggar's marriage wasn't the only union in the family to take a left turn for bad. King revealed that her own parents were on the rocks, and are divorcing. King's father, Terry Jordan, filed for divorce from Deanna Duggar, back in December in Washington County, Arkansas.

On that, King wrote: "December was one for the books, it was just 2 weeks ago that I found out my parents were on the rocks. Even though I am an adult and I have my own marriage to care about. I do love them both so much, I hope they can work out their differences and learn how to forgive the past. I love, love."

Hopefully 2016 brings better days for King and the Duggar family.
