Barneys New York, luxury specialty retailer, announced recently its 2014 Holiday campaign: BAZ DAZZLED Holiday; a collaboration with world renowned writer/director/producer Baz Luhrmann and his wife, costume designer and collaborator Catherine Martin. Each year, Barneys taps someone famous to collaborate on a campaign and limited edition collection for the holidays. The Baz Dazzled Holiday collection, which follows collabs with Lady Gaga, Disney and Jay-Z, is set to hit select Barneys locations and Barneys.com on Thursday Nov. 13. Read More »
A new "Avengers: Age of Ultron" extended trailer has been released today, Nov. 12, and features exclusive new footage into the new Marvel comics movie. The extended release trailer gives a more in-depth look into Ultron (James Spader). The trailer is basically the third trailer fans have seen within the past three weeks, a possible ploy to slowly lure moviegoers in. The film doesn't hit theaters until May 1, 2015. This 155-second trailer serves its purpose by giving the villain Ultron more view time for fans. "Avengers: Age of Ultron," directed by Joss Whedon, stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Samuel L. Halloween might be over, but Bette Midler just gave us reason to be excited for next year's festivities. The "Hocus Pocus" star was answering questions over the weekend on Reddit, and when a fan expressed their interest in having a follow-up made to the 1993 hit Disney movie, Midler revealed she's totally on board for the sequel. According to "E! News," the star told her fans on the Internet site that she is definitely in for the reunion, and even more surprisingly she revealed that her costars Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy were also up for the film. So what's the hold up? Well, apparently, Disney hasn't showed interest in making the film. "Inundate the Disney Company, because I have canvassed the girls and they are willing to do it, but we have no say in it, so if you want a HOCUS POCUS 2, ask the Walt Disney Company," Midler told her fans on Reddit.
