AC/DC Drummer Phil Rudd Pleading Guilty to All Charges

For the last year AC/DC has been performing without Phil Rudd at drum kit because he fell into some legal issues and it seems those issues aren't going away anytime soon. Don't expect his AC/DC return because he is expected to plead guilty on charges relating to an incident where he threatening to kill a former employee while also being in possession drugs. AC/DC Debuts New Members at Coachella

When AC/DC took the stage at Coachella Friday night, April 10, the band had a few constants and notable differences. For one, they gave the usual powerful rock 'n' roll attitude while lead singer Brian Johnson pranced around the stage in full schoolboy attire. While those two constants were on display, those at Coachella who knew what a guitar was saw that the band debuted two new members in Steve Young, Malcolm Young's nephew, and drummer Chris Slade, who is replacing Phil Rudd as he deals with several legal charges in New Zealand.
