Don't mess with Halle Berry's family! "MStars News" has learned that Berry's husband, Olivier Martinez, has been charged with battery after he was involved in a fight at LAX. According to the Gossip Cop, Berry and her family, her husband Olivier, their son Maceo and her daughter Nahla were in the airport and getting into an SUV when the fight erupted. The site revealed that Martinez, Berry, Maceo and Nahla were trying to make their way through the crowd of paparazzi along with their assitant. The police revealed that the family “required assistance from Los Angeles Airport Police after a crowd of photographers and a contract airport employee came too close to the family to take photos.” Berry's husband, Martinez, was walking out with an empty child’s car seat and then “shoved it against the contract airport employee, causing him to fall backwards,” the police described, adding, “The employee received treatment on scene and was transported to a local hospital for further medical care.” The employee who was pushed to the ground later filed a battery report against Berry's French husband. The airport employee was allegedly assigned to get photos of the celebrity family, but the details to that story are still sketchy. Read More »
Jamie Lynn Spears clearly lost her mind while trying to protect her friend during a brawl, pulling out a knife on the alleged attackers. According to TMZ, the younger sister of singer Britney Spears went straight for her knife as her friend, seen in the photo above, was involved in a fight with another female. The gossip site reports that the brawl started last weekend at the Pita Pit in Hammond, Louisiana. The girls were out getting some food late at night when sources close to Spears described how the fight broke out. They claim someone was attacking Spears's friend, hitting her with a bottle, as Jamie came quickly to the rescue. After Spears removed her friend from the attack, pulling her behind the restaurant's counter, the source says Jamie then grabbed a bread knife and started to wave the weapon back and forth in front of the attacker to stop the brawl. Apparently, Spears's shocking actions stopped the violence as the cops came. Jamie's friend — it appears her name is Brandi Smith-Mitchell, according to her Instagram page — didn't press any charges, so no arrests were made. No comments have been made either, as it appears both ladies have returned back to normal life. Spears has been uploading photos of her adorable daughter Maddie, 6, after the fight broke out Dec. 27.
