Fans Start Petition To Ensure Matt Smith Leads 'Harry Potter' Spin-Off Movie

Harry Potter and Doctor Who fans are definitely two groups of people that are dedicated to their Sci-Fi, fantasy franchises, but what if the two worlds collided? Well, that could be the case since actor Matt Smith, who portrayed the 11th regeneration of The Doctor on the BBC series is the subject of casting rumors for the upcoming Potter spin-off movie project, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. Also penned by author J.K. Rowling, this new project is set as a stand-alone story within the universe of the Potter stories, but with a whole new adventure.
