Filmmaker Guillermo del Toro is a master at the art of creating horror movies, so it comes as no surprise that he's decided to throw together a Halloween movie contest with YouTube. This contest, which del Toro will judge, invites young filmmakers to visit a handful of film sets set up around the world (New York, Los Angeles, London and Tokyo) to create a YouTube short film to be submitted into the contest.
