There's hunger, and then there's starvation. It's a fine line from 'I want that burger' to 'I need that double quarter pounder or else someone is going to have a really bad day.' Joe Anderson, former Chicago Bears wide reciever, is the latter. However, it's not food he's starving for--it's success. Early in November, Anderson stood outside the Houston Texans training facility, where he "begged" for a job. He was dressed in workout clothes, cleats, and receiver gloves, holding a sign that read, "Not homeless... but STARVING for success! Will run routes for food."
