The city of Cleveland hasn't had much to shout about, especially when it's come to sports, but that might be about to change. The Browns have been looking for a quarterback since 1999, and in Johnny Manziel and Brian Hoyer, they have two, at long last. On top of that, rapper Machine Gun Kelly has been holding it down for his city for several years, so it was fitting that he got the chance to perform for a near 70,000 crowd.
