There's no doubt Drake deserves credit for breaking Migos to those outside the Atlanta/hip-hop blog circuit. His remix of "Versace" spread Quavo, Takeoff and Offset's hyped up to 11 mixtape YRN much farther than it would have gone on its own merits. That being said, I think we can consider the favor more than repaid with their excellent, Future-ish remix of the much-hyped Nothing Was The Same cast-off "Trophies." Read More »
Good lord, they just keep coming. Migos have released "Charles Barkley", a track that manages to move the hyperkinetic rap group forward (for Quavo and crew, the JRPG indebted beat and accompanying flow are rather low-key) and give superfans another immediately accessible street track. Read More »
