Queen Bey and Jay-Z typically keep their baby girl Blue Ivy out of the limelight, but the "Bow Down" beauty recently shared an intimate mommy-daughter moment with fans on Tumblr. Earlier this month, Beyonce was forced to cancel her "Mrs. Carter Show" world tour pit-stop in Belgium for "exhaustion and dehydration." Of course, this only fueled ongoing rumors that Queen Bey is pregnant with Jay-Z's second baby. But now, Beyonce claims that her health issues don't have anything to do with morning sickness - she was actually diagnosed with tonsillitis back in April. In an exclusive behind-the-scenes video clip, the "Bow Down" songstress admits, "I'm actually quite nervous because... I was diagnosed with tonsillitis." Although Bey's hasn't flat-out DENIED the baby bump rumors, she did recently post a message on Instagram that states, "I can't stop the rumors from starting... all I can do is sit back and laugh at these low life people who have nothing better to do than talk about me." Queen Bey fans in London got an awesome onstage surprise during a Mrs. Carter Show performance on Saturday evening (May 4). While singing her mega-hit "Irreplaceable," Beyonce had adorable one-year-old daughter "baby" Blue Ivy Carter join her up onstage for the finale. Dressed in a cute white dress and donning a pair of protective headphones, little Blue Ivy pranced around the stage while Mamma B busted out the last few notes of the tune. For a quick second it looks like Beyonce's ready to hand the mic over to baby Blue, but the youngster steps to the side to let the Queen finish off her performance. In a recent interview with ABC's Amy Robach during a break from her Mrs. Carter Show World Tour in London, Queen Bey admitted that she definitley wants more children, especially since baby Blue Ivy could "use the company."
