Rihanna attended the Concert for Valor in D.C. earlier this week (Nov 11.) performing a number of her chart-topping hits. The pop star hit the stage in a sexy, black sequined Tom Ford ensemble that consisted of a cape and leggings from the upcoming Spring collection. Vibe Vixen reports, the "Diamonds" singer turned up her outfit several notches with a luxurious Chopard diamond choker, and black Manolo Blahnik sandals that complimented her flawless look. Rihanna wrapped up the international party that was the European leg of her Diamonds World Tour, to go party back home in Barbados for Carnival.
