Selena Gomez’s secret to staying healthy was revealed during a new interview with her. She also said, “I have a sweat bed, which looks like a burrito.” As per US Weekly, Elle magazine’s interview with Selena Gomez which was published after her emotional post-rehab speech at the 2016 American Music Awards revealed her secret to staying healthy. Everyone got surprised for it is a bizarre and unusual kind of treatment. Selena is back, and now a better than ever Selena will be about to show her fans since she returns from rehab, according to E! News. “I’m horrible at discipline when it comes to working out,” Selena admitted. She further added in her chat with Elle Magazine, “So, I have been working with my trainer Amy Rosoff Davis for over a year now. When we started the tour, I really wanted to keep it up. I wanted to be healthy; as well as I wanted to feel good. I just wanted to make sure I was the best I could be for the show and most importantly for my fans.” And now, the 24-year-old singer confirms that she do hikes and pilates, as well as revealed her very unusual secret to staying healthy. “I have a sweat bed, which looks like a burrito that I wrap myself up in, and I sweat for about 45 minutes. Just little things to kind of keep me healthy and keep me focused.” Selena further explains that she lay in this bed wearing a swimsuit and wraps herself until she releases sweat. After that, the toxins in her body was out and feels like a sauna, but then she gets her heart rate up as everything flows out in the body. “It’s changed my skin, its kind of changed my body as well, so it feels really good. That’s kind of been something that works for me personally,” Selena gladly revealed her secret bed. Meanwhile, she admitted that the term “sweat bed” is a little gross, but then, the feeling is incredible for her. In the 911 audio released by TMZ, you will hear Ray J telling the dispatcher that his troubled girlfriend was going to shoot herself after the couple called it quits. While Ray J was on his way to a television shoot, he called 911 and revealed that Princess Love had a gun in her possession. Princess told Ray, "I'll see you in heaven." In the recorded call, Ray J says, "I need help, my girlfriend threatened to kill herself." He adds, "She's at the house, I left the house because I gotta go to work. She threatening to kill herself because I told her she made me mad, in the relationship."
