Stephanie Rose Bongiovi Drug Charges Dropped Following Arrest, Bon Jovi's Daughter's Heroin Overdose was a 'Sad Shock'

Drug charges against Jon Bon Jovi's 19-year-old daughter, Stephanie Rose Bongiovi, were dropped on Thursday (Nov. 15) because of a 2011 amendment made in New York City law which applies to "overdose cases in which there was a call for help." Bongiovi was arrested on Wednesday at her Hamilton College dormitory for drug possession after police found marijuana and drug paraphernalia in her room. She was rushed to the hospital late that night after suffering from a supposed heroin overdose.
