Rihanna attended the Concert for Valor in D.C. earlier this week (Nov 11.) performing a number of her chart-topping hits. The pop star hit the stage in a sexy, black sequined Tom Ford ensemble that consisted of a cape and leggings from the upcoming Spring collection. Vibe Vixen reports, the "Diamonds" singer turned up her outfit several notches with a luxurious Chopard diamond choker, and black Manolo Blahnik sandals that complimented her flawless look.
